EARPA’s Autumn Meeting 2026 will be taking place on 29 September – 30 September 2026 at the Double Tree by Hilton Brussels City.

Event Overview and why you should attend:

29 September:
EARPA members take part in exclusive Foresight Group sessions - where members identify emerging R&I priorities across key automotive domains such as connectivity, automation, powertrains, and sustainable mobility. Members can also take part in Collaborative Research Group (CRG) sessions, where members shape joint research proposals and coordinate participation in EU-funded projects. 

Enjoy a Networking Reception with EARPA Members and relevant stakeholders from European road mobility and automotive sector.

30 September: 
Attend plenary sessions featuring insights from the European Commisson and Parliament and learn about the European Union Research and Innovation for the Automotive Sector (EURIAS), automotive research & technology infrastructures and more.
